Genius Bar has messaging and set services that let you know right when they are ready to take you for an appointment or class.

2017 Review
Excellent customer service at this new store location. Elegant design within that is bright and customers "chill" for appointments (Genius I-Bar) on wooden cubes. Location is across from the Tesla on the 1st floor.

I have edited this review because the employees are getting much better at customer service and of course they are really nice and they get your product repaired for the first time but after that they sometimes make you pay but for my instance they didn’t make me pay. I’m not giving them a five because the wait are still very long. Maybe we will see improvement like we saw recently so I’ll keep everyone updated
