Apria Healthcare at 750 Columbia Street, Brea, California.

Apria is a negligent company. My insurance, Anthem Blue Cross, selected them to provide me with a Nebulizer. The authorization from the insurance and the Prescription from the Doctor were received by Apria on 1/3/18. I have called daily to try to pick up my Nebulizer and they give me the run around. I have had to go into my Dr's office to get my breathing treatments. Apria's staff just places me on hold for hours on and they give me the run around and no machine. The staff can speak properly. They speak fast and with such a heavy accent that makes it extremely hard to comprehend the bs they try to feed me. As of today 1/5/18, they have not been able to figure out how to release a nebulizer. I hope insurances and medical groups stop stop sending patients here. Apria has the most incompetent/uncaring roup of people I have ever dealt with. Monica Gallegos 1/5/2018
