Absolute worst roofing company ever, Brea Roofing put our roof on and gave us a 5 year warranty on the work. For the last year we have had them out several times to fix the leaks that are causing damage to the interior of our home. Each time they came out they made the problem worse, then along came the heavy rains we just experienced. Our roof leaked and there was a lot more damage we have called and called and they now say that the warranty has expired and they are not responsible for the roof. However if we want them to re roof the house we can at 22,000 dollars. We have another contractor currently doing our home. Brea Roofing might do a lot of homes, but up until now we had no idea they have the worst roofers, they have horrible reputations in our neighborhood for doing short cuts and cheep work. The owner isn't even a roofer himself so no wonder he hires cheep experienced labor that will not only ruin your home they don't stand by their product.
