I actually called before hand about their tailoring services bc I was planning on buying a new sport coat or suit. After confirming tailor would be there today, they had called out sick by the time I arrived.

I asked about some shoes and it took 30 mins to tell me they don't have them in stock. Very disappointed, but they lost out on a big sale today.
