Their website describes a story of how they care and are trying to help out people who need storage, but then they don't return phone calls or respond to web inquiries from their own website. That tells me that their customer service after the sale is likely poor. If you don't have good customer service before the sale, you likely don't have it after the sale. Maybe I'm wrong? Business must be so good that they don't bother to call back those looking for a spot.
